Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, as many of our products are manufactured to order, please allow us some time to get everything ready for you. You will usually receive your order within one week.

For orders in the UK

We will ship your package via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for smaller parcels, or UPS for larger boxes.

For international orders

We will usually ship your package via FedEx. Depending on your location it may take up to one week for your package to arrive.

Our Incoterms are DAP (Delivered at Place). Duties, Taxes and Tariffs levied at import are to be paid by the recipient. Your order may be held in Customs until the payment has been made.
