This valve eliminates any back-feeding from the steering cylinder; essential with 'reactive' orbitals as used on Fendt and some other models.
Note, this valve will disable all self-centering and force feedback effects on your tractor.
Fitting this valve to your tractor:
- Disconnect the two steering lines running directly to the Orbital
- Connect the orbital side of the lines to V1 and V2 of the valve
- Connect C1 and C2 to the lines running to the steering cylinder
- The autosteer valve outputs A and B must be Tee'd in to the C1 and C2 side of the overcentre valve.
- Remove the end caps of the valve cartridges, and adjust the grub screws equally until back-feeding is eliminated, but the steering is not made heavy.
