Our hydraulic valve block is designed to fit easily on to almost any vehicle with hydraulic steering! Proudly designed and made in the UK.

The heart of the block is the Hydraforce SP10-57F proportional valve, which offers smooth and responsive control over the steering.

The safety solenoid valve ensures that the autosteering cannot be activated outside of the field.

On open centre versions, the block also includes an integrated priority valve.

The rear of the valve features four M8 threaded mounting holes, arranged 135 x 80 mm

For tractors with a reactive orbital (i.e. your steering wheel self-centres) you will also need to install a Double Counterbalance Valve.

To install on a tractor with closed centre hydraulics:

  • Identify the two hydraulic lines running to the steering ram. Add a T-piece to each line and run them to ports A and B on the block. The specific order does not matter at this stage.
  • On your tractor, identify the Pressure (P), Load Sense (LS), and free-flow return to tank (T) lines. It may be helpful to contact your dealer for specific help with your machine.
  • Connect these lines to P, T and LS of the valve block.

To install on a tractor with open centre hydraulics:

  • Identify the two hydraulic lines running to the steering ram. Add a T-piece to each line and run them to ports A and B on the block. The specific order does not matter at this stage.
  • On your tractor, identify the Pressure (P) and free-flow return to tank (T) lines. It may be helpful to contact your dealer for specific help with your machine.
  • Disconnect the vehicle's P line from its destination, and route it to the P port of the valve block
  • Run the EF (Excess Flow) port from the valve block back to the port where you removed the P line from the vehicle
  • Connect port T to a free-flow return line on the vehicle

Electrical installation:

  • The two stacked coils are Left and Right, and require a 12V PWM signal up to 1.5A
  • The single solenoid coil is the safety valve, and requires 12V at 1.7A
  • Power the safety coil through its own switch. This will allow you to isolate the system when not in use.
  • Use Deutsch DT06-2P connectors to plug in to the coils.
