The hire kit Includes a full survey kit, a pre-configured Android phone running SW maps, and a temporary RTK base station. Everything is contained in a waterproof flight case for safe delivery and storage.
Hire is charged at £240 for the first week, and £160 per week thereafter. Courier delivery and return is included in the price.
How it works
- Buy the first week's hire online. If you know you'll be needing multiple weeks' hire, please leave us a note on the checkout page.
- We will send the unit to you by courier. Your hire period starts the morning after the kit arrives.
- (if you're outside of our normal RTK coverage) set up the temporary RTK base station.
- Use the kit as required. Remember to copy all your data as the device will be wiped on return!
- Let us know when you're finished, and we will arrange a courier collection from your address. Your hire period ends when you notify us.
- If your hire extends beyond one week, we will send an invoice for the extra time after the return is complete.
You must notify us of your intention to return before 5pm on the seventh day of your hire, or you will be charged for the next week's hire. A week is defined as any 7 day period including weekends. I.e. if your kit arrives on Friday afternoon, your hire period begins on Saturday and you must notify us by 5pm on the following Saturday.
